The first women’s MMA bout in UFC history – UFC 157: Rousey vs Carmouche - will be shown for FREE at Scottsdale sports bar Max Sports Grille.
UFC 157 will be headlined by the first women’s MMA bout in UFC history with UFC Womens Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey taking on Liz Carmouche, the first openly gay UFC fighter.
Rousey was awarded the UFC title after moving over from Strikeforce, where she had held their 135-pound title. The co-main event features a battle of MMA legends between Dan Henderson and Lyoto Machida. Also featured is a bantamweight bout between veteran fighters Urijah Faber and Ivan Menjivar.
The fight will take place on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California.
