Velasquez defeated Silva in UFC 146 and Silva wants his revenge.

The first women’s MMA bout in UFC history – UFC 157: Rousey vs Carmouche - will be shown for FREE at Scottsdale sports bar Max Sports Grille.

UFC 157 will be headlined by the first women’s MMA bout in UFC history with UFC Womens Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey taking on Liz Carmouche, the first openly gay UFC fighter.

Rousey was awarded the UFC title after moving over from Strikeforce, where she had held their 135-pound title. The co-main event features a battle of MMA legends between Dan Henderson and Lyoto Machida. Also featured is a bantamweight bout between veteran fighters Urijah Faber and Ivan Menjivar.

The fight will take place on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California.

Aldo (21-1) hasn’t lost a fight in more than seven years. Edgar (14-3-1) did drop a rematch with Benson Henderson, but many UFC fans believed he deserved to win the decision.

Scottsdale sports bar Max Sports Grille will show UFC on FOX 6 on Saturday, Jan. 26 as Demetrious Johnson‘s first flyweight title defense against TUF 14 winner John Dodson takes place. Dodson has gone 2-0 at 125 pounds, including his recent TKO of top contender Jussier Formiga. There is no cover charge for the fight.

Flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson (16-2-1 MMA, 4-1-1 UFC) will attempt his first title defense against challenger John Dodson (14-5 MMA, 3-0 UFC) at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois and Max Sports Grille will carry all of the action.

Hopefully, this rematch will provide a more complex victory for either fighter this time around, especially now that Velasquez is entering the bout fully recovered from an ACL injury that threatened to sideline him in November last year.

This Saturday night will see Manny Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez step into a boxing ring and face each other for the fourth time. In a sport that thrives off legend, with media who seem to picture themselves sporting a fedora and chomping on a spit soaked cigar while they tell you about the greatest club fight they ever saw like the reincarnation of Bert Sugar, this should be a fight with as much hype as anything ever.
